All products are for personal use only and are not intended for resale. We strive to ensure that all descriptions, images, and prices are accurate, but we reserve the right to make corrections without prior notice.
All prices are listed in USD.
We accept major credit cards and other payment options as listed at checkout.
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. If there are any issues, we will contact you.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During sales, holidays or peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Methods and Rates
We offer Economy, Standard and Express shipping options. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery speed. Please note shipping times do not include the processing time of 1-3 business days.
Shipping Timeframes
Economy Shipping: 5-8 business days (Free on orders over $300)
Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Domestic Only
At this time, we ship only within the United States.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at SkinByPeak@gmail.com. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
Eligibility
Due to the personal nature of skincare, we can only accept returns on unused and unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
To Initiate a Return
Email us at SkinByPeak@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping your item back.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after receipt of the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged product or an item you didn’t order, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
